1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the MariBridge platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. Platform Role

MariBridge is a course aggregation and booking platform. We act as an intermediary between seafarers and training centres. We do not provide training ourselves and are not responsible for the conduct or content of training sessions delivered by partner centres.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when registering and booking
  • Attend booked courses or cancel within the applicable cancellation window
  • Not misrepresent your identity or qualifications
  • Comply with the rules and policies of the training centres you attend

4. Booking & Payment

All bookings are subject to seat availability and the specific terms of the selected training centre. Payment is processed securely through our payment partners. MariBridge charges a service fee which is disclosed before checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by the cancellation policy displayed on each course listing.

5. Limitation of Liability

MariBridge is not liable for training outcomes, certificate acceptance by flag states or employers, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Our aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the total fees paid to MariBridge in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a platform notification. Continued use of MariBridge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
